LLAMATIVA:
THE PULSE OF
SAN ANTONIO
Llamativa isn't just a band; it's a movement. As San Antonio’s premier 8-piece, all-female Chicana/Latina powerhouse, this ensemble has rapidly become the "must-see" act of the South Texas music scene. Formed in 2023, the group brings together world-class musicians—many holding advanced music degrees—to create an electrifying fusion of Cumbia, Salsa, Tejano, Chacha, Bolero, and Baladas.
With a high-energy brass section and rhythms that hit you right in the chest, Llamativa honors traditional Mexican genres while injecting a fresh, modern perspective that has captured the attention of critics and fans alike.

WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
In just a few short years, Llamativa has commanded some of the most iconic stages in Texas:
• Festivals & Major Events: A recurring official SXSW artist (2024–2025) and a standout performer at the Tejano After Party at Jaime’s Place.
• San Antonio Landmarks: From high-energy nights at Picks Bar and Jaime’s Place to cultural celebrations at the San Antonio Botanical Garden and the Esperanza Peace & Justice Center’s Peace Market
• Regional Takeovers: Spreading the vibe across the state at Meanwhile Brewing Co. (Austin), Flamingo Cantina (Austin), Four Corners Brewing (Dallas).
• Community Classics: Lighting up Lighthouse Lounge for 1st Fridays and performing at the HRC Equality in Bloom event.

THE SOUND &
THE SOUL
Following the success of their hit singles "Agua Loca"and "Veneno," the band is currently in the studio producing their highly anticipated first full-length album. Each performance is an immersive celebration of Latinx culture, unity, and empowerment, proving that these mujeres are not just playing music—they are shattering glass ceilings one rhythm at a time.
